Ingredients
ingredients:
1.5 cups cooked sweet potato
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp (coconut, olive, macadamia)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (plus more for sprinkling on top)
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in baking bowl.
Step 3
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment.
Step 4
Top with more chocolate chips.
Step 5
Bake for 25-30 min!
Step 6
Let cool for an hour. enjoy besties
